Mint's Spooky Haunting Declaration - fulfillment underway 🟢

Around 500 of the preorder bundles have been shipped, and we're fulfilling orders fast enough that we occasionally strain the local post office! We also carved out enough space to restore order fulfillment on literally anything else.

We've gotten a lot of questions around when a particular order will be shipped, and we  apologize and recognize that you would have to cobble it together from the previous updates to be able to form a coherent picture!

So - here is the exact order of fulfillment:

1. Bundles - all bundle orders are being fulfilled now
2. Non-plushie, non-bundle - afterwards, all orders that do not contain a plushie will be fulfilled
3. Non-bundle plushie orders - do not contain a plushie will be fulfilled once we get them

You will get shipping notifications whenever your order is packed, so thank you for your patience - we will be getting to your order.

Densetsu.EXE Debut - happis fulfilling now 🟡

We're still waiting on the headbands and heads to be shipped, so we have once again pushed the fulfillment date out. As a result, we have decided last week to ship headbands separately so that you can have them in-hand for events.

Here's the exact order of fulfillment:

1. Orders with Happis - if your order contains a happi, we are fulfilling your order now. We went through most of the happi-only orders already!
2. Everything except headbands & heads - all other orders will be fulfilled afterwards.
3. All of the headbands & heads - all of these will ship separately.

Everything Else

Ayamy Preorders - resuming 🟢

We've gotten the missing acrylic figure mentioned last month, so the ~50 or so unfulfilled orders can now resume. The staff handling Ayamy's orders was also busy handling and vending at Anime Central for the last couple of weeks, and now that they're back we're resuming fulfillment.

Virtual Maid Invasion - restocked 🟢

Working with VFE, we have both found missing inventory and restocked the shortfall. Order fulfillment will continue, but most of the outstanding orders here are actually combined with Densetsu.EXE debut orders. If this is the case for your order, please see the relevant section above for more accurate details.
