Updates for everything! Some things arrived early, others on time, and others are... extremely behind schedule.

Spring Situation - manufacturing defects, but still on schedule 🟢

Although we got our entire first batch weeks ago, we had bad luck and there were a lot of defects. Replacements are queued up now, and we expect to get these in July.

Densetsu.EXE Debut - everything has arrived 🟢

As seen on the tweets, we recently got the heads and headbands! Other items have been shipping, but we are pausing orders as we rearrange stock.

Mint's Spooky Haunting Declaration - the plushies are very late 🔴

🟢 All other items - arrived

The good news is that preorder fulfillment is almost wrapped up! With the amount of space freed up, our fulfillment rate has increased as we are able to clear out more orders - as those of you who have received these packages know, the bundle is physically really large.

The very bad news is that the next set of 40cm plushies are going on a container ship next week, which means at best we'll get them in August - or July if we're lucky. We are surprised and disappointed at this delay, so we apologize for this unexpected development and can only thank you for your patience if you're willing to wait.

Everything Else

Ayamy Preorders - inventory transfer, paused until July 🟡

Our planned resources for UK fulfillment have failed to materialize, so we are instead opting to transfer UK inventory to the USA. This is projected to arrive in a week or two, so order fulfillment will resume afterwards.

Virtual Maid Invasion - in progress 🟢

Nothing particular to note here! Orders are still shipping.

Sekai Project and Setsuna Production share the same office and share some staff, and both of us are leaving the smallest of skeleton crews behind as we begin the marathon of the summer convention season with Anime Expo. As a result, we're likely going to pause fulfillment during (and for a few days before/after) the various California conventions.

To customers who have been waiting for an extended period, we hope this update offers some reassurance that we are moving as best we can to get your orders sent out.

We apologize that it isn't all great news, but we ask that you continue trusting in our efforts. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time and appreciate your understanding. Especially in the case of the Mint plushies, which was simultaneously both a last minute rescue and our first merch drop as Setsuna. We've learned a lot from what's transpired, and have already begun to apply some of what we've learned to ensure we avoid delays of similar magnitude in the future.
