As we tweeted on April 8 (we didn't want to be noisy with frequent update emails), we started packing when we got the notification that both the slippers and blanket were unloaded in port. We then paused since everyone would rather get one big box... as long as it cleared customs in a normal amount of time. 

...and then customs decided to xray the slippers' shipping container! Our pandemic-era experience led us to expect a delay of 1-7 days - this time it was 9 days. We're relieved to say the slippers passed inspection on Friday, and we will be shipping once we receive the freight delivery on ~April 22.

With the bundle saga on its last chapter - it's time to add 2 other ones! 

1. After the ~1000 bundles are fulfilled, all Spooky Haunting Declaration orders that do not contain 40cm plushies will be fulfilled.
2. We now have an estimate on when the non-bundle batch of plushies will arrive - late June.

Densetsu.EXE Debut - headbands behind schedule🟡

We have the cheki albums! We expected the headbands and heads to be shipped out by now, but we have confirmed they're still in the finishing/QA stage of manufacturing.

Your questions about concert delivery timing helped us realize that we were not communicating that we've been balancing the fulfillment schedules for Mint SHD with Densetsu.EXE debut goods the whole time!

The short of it is that we have a decision matrix prepared for when and how to ship these out, and the most important factor is timing of Densetsu.EXE's performances - announced or otherwise. At the very latest we aim to get the happis in your hands weeks in advance of the Densetsu.EXE's Legends Anew 1st 3D Live across the street from Offkai Expo 2026!

Ayamy Preorders - partial fulfillment, 1 keychain missing 🟡

We are generally less detailed about Ayamy's merchandise sales due to the difficulty of multi-party communication and permissions - one of which is the very busy artist herself - but we can now state (and you can now see) that orders are being shipped!

However, there is one problem: we are missing Mint acrylic figure - Maid uniform, as it was not included with the other items we've received. We will fulfill orders that contain it after they ship in early May; all other orders will be fulfilled as normal.

Virtual Maid Invasion - inventory shortfall🔴

As many customers have seen, we have received additional stock from VTuber Fan Events and fulfilled more orders. The resupply we have received from VFE appears to have been insufficient quantity despite communicating exact required item counts, so we are now working with VFE to determine whether there is additional stock not transferred to us and how they would like to proceed with remaining orders.

If you have an outstanding unfulfilled order, please be patient as we resolve this with VFE - most orders are still possible to fulfill with current stock because they are associated with other preorders yet to begin shipment. We promise to keep you all posted.
