Happy Lunar New Year! Tis the season for merchandise delays, and the global manufacturing and logistics rush around LNY came for us too.

tl;dr - we're experiencing a 1 month shipping delay on plushies and we're cutting it close on the lap blanket and shirts. Therefore our new bundle shipping estimate is March - and to compensate we're going to ship everything out from the USA and eat the cost instead of making you wait more.

🟣All orders will be shipped from the USA

Originally we planned on regional delivery - but this depended on Japan and UK partner schedules that noted late January and late February as windows to slam these out. Since both timelines have slipped too far, we're just letting you know that all orders that would've been fulfilled from Japan and the UK will instead be fulfilled from the USA.

For the European and APAC customers that this may affect, here's the relevant info:

• We will be shipping this using Delivery Duty Paid (via UPS or DHL) wherever appropriate and possible so that you don't have to pay import duties
• We will not be charging you any additional shipping costs we incur
• We anticipate that you'll get the merch on time and according to our originally planned schedule, oddly enough!

🟡40cm Plushie - Delayed (March)

We said we were proud of zero delays last time, so the cosmos decided at the very last minute to inflict shipping delays for 2 weeks! The good news is that 999 of these plushies are now on a boat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean (Mint has the 1 depicted here), and the bad news is that it should arrive in the USA in the last week of February before it enters the temporal void that is US Customs.

🟢Aiboo Slippers - OK

Your teletubb- Aiboo slippers are now estimated to arrive in the office in late March, right on time. As originally promised, we still plan to ship these out separately.

🟡Lap Blanket - Minor delay possible

Production finishes next week before getting shipped out from Japan, which in total is 1 week later than expected. We are barely within our own safety margins for being ready to ship in February, so we're toggling this from green to yellow.

🟢Acrylic Standees - OK

Since we last talked, we opened the boxes to double check that all is well! Life is plastic, looks fantastic.

🟡T-Shirt - Delayed (March)

The shirt blank is finally back in stock and production of your thousands of shirts is gearing up. We anticipate having samples in-hand late February, with all of them printed and ready to ship in March.
